My sister and I turned up as a walk in after contemplating where to go and it ended up being the best decision ever. We got a lovely welcome when we walked in and I got a cut by the director during their October deal and my hair has never looked better! He took the time to listen to what I wanted and I’m not a very talkative person but even just from my body language he knew exactly what to do to give me the haircut I’ve always wanted. I asked for a specific cut and we talked about what I liked about it and I left with a haircut that as he said “you’ll be able to wake up and go without needing any styling” and he did not lie! I have never been happier with my hair whether I straighten or wear naturally curly, so thank you to him and everyone in his family business that made mine and my sister’s visit enjoyable.
Amazing experience! I walked in without an appointment and Zakir was kind enough to do an out of hour appointment with me and gave exactly what I wanted. Spent one and half hour on me and did not rush for a minute. And also gave a discount. Loved it, coming back next time for sure.
Highly recommend, Fazila was so lovely and welcoming, the lazor is so fast and effective compared to other clinics where they want you to come lots and turn done the power, she would rather you have more treatments on other areas than spending money doing the same area. Excellent service from Zach for my daughter who has frizzy and curly hair. She was so happy with her cut and styling and have kept coming back. Neetu is so good for laser, eye brows threading and waxing. Great service, friendly environment and we travel over one hour to get to them.So friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend

Best experience and THE BEST hair cut ever! Zakir cut my hair and I honestly can say I absolutely love it and wish I had done it sooner! I’ve had my hair long for such a long time and was in desperate need of a haircut. Zakir was so good at taking his time to go through the consultation and explain the whole way throughout about what he was doing and accommodating to what I wanted. Zakir is an absolute perfectionist and is so talented. My hair hasn’t looked or felt this good in years! Would 110% recommend. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and this will be my go to Salon since moving to South West London. Top1One is an excellent unisex hair salon, close to Richmond station, with a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I have had my hair cut there since they opened in 2012 and have always been more than satisfied with the end result. When he is available I have my hair cut by Cayom, their creative director, who delivers attention to detail cuts to all individual clients.

I recently came in to go from black box dye to blonde which is a very difficult task to do but the staff did an amazing job on getting my hair to lift without damaging it. My stylist and the whole team were really attentive the entire time and made sure i was comfortable for the 9+ hour session. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone who is looking to change up their hair as it’s worth the price. No doubt top one is really good in hair cut and colour . I booked through instagram and paid £25 advance which I was never told is non refundable, so I had to make this appointment at any cost due to advance. I booked for hair cut and finishing but informed before booking that its for an event so when I arrived hair dresser checked my hair was short already so I said to just make waves. He done it in 10 minutes with straightener , no wash or cut nothing. When I was about to leave he told the receptionist to take more £35 and said she booked for wash and cut . I asked that yes I booked but I didn’t get any services except waves with straightener which I could even do at home,had to get it done from them bcz of advance. So I ended up paying more £20 in total £45 just for waves. They should also set prize for these type of services instead of saying we normally don’t do these things or they should have said we don’t style so , at least I could have just wasted my advance money only not more £20

My second time getting my hair done at this salon by Zakir. My first appointment was a last minute appointment just for toner before my holiday which he executed perfectly and accommodated me despite such short notice. For my second appointment which I had today which was again last minute only booked in last night, he stayed open longer than usual to fit me in and he completed an amazing brunette look half head balayage and cut which I am absolutely obsessed with. I received quality service to match what I wanted. Zakir really took his time to understand what look I wanted to go for before getting started which I feel made all the difference in achieving the colour which I wanted. the environment within the salon was so nice as well and he made me feel super comfortable during each step and catered to all my needs. I recommend 10x you get what you pay for!

I was very sceptical about dying my hair but wanted a subtle change. My hair is quite dark so I was nervous about colour and blending. However, Zac did the most amazing job - he made sure we talked through the colour and cut and that I understood everything. I've been two times already and my new barber Zach is amazing. He really knows how to cut hair and you can tell he puts a lot of thought into each action he takes when cutting your hair. He's great at analysing what type of hair you have and suggesting a style for you if you haven't got a clue what you want, which was a big plus for me. Zach is also very friendly and enjoyable to speak to. Overall, I'd say I'm very satisfied. The price is definitely worth the quality you receive from this place and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a haircut.

I would zero star if I could.I did Brazilian keratin in this place.The young asian gentleman doing my work was so caring and nice.However,During their work, a tall black hair lady which looked angry burned my head and hair couple of times during drying my hair.I treated my hair properly as I was told, but despite I have a soft hair I did not get any satisfying results.Their keratin just last about a week and now My hair is like the first day.Also at the end when I wanted to pay, the manager came and put £110 in the card machine despite I was told on consultation day that I only have to pay £97.Really disappointing.
I have been coming here for years for perfect eyebrow threading and recently started laser hair removal and absolutely love the excellent care and attention the staff give! I have been to other salons before for laser but coming here was the best thing I have ever done. So worth it. She was a bit apprehensive at first going from her long locks to a short bob but came out very pleased.I was looked after by Steve who was lovely, very patient and diligent in styling my hair, we are both very happy with the result. We would be happy to recommend their services.
They very kindly fit me in for a last minute appointment. Steve was so knowledgeable about hair in general and has the most gentle hands. I have very fine hair prone to breakage but he handled them with care throughout the wash and blow dry process. The lady who did my eyebrows threading was also very good. He puts more effort and precision into a cut than any other hairdresser I have been to. His perfectionism and attention to detail, as well as his professional and friendly manner are what make him an artist. He also provides excellent advice on styling and hair products. From Bob cuts to blunt cuts to layers, Zak has always kept my hair looking healthy and fabulous! This salon goes above and beyond to make you feel pampered. All the staff are incredibly friendly.

He questions to understand my expectations and offers suggestions or alternatives for possible improvements on my style (he knows more about my hair than I do) and always talks me through each step before doing it to make sure no error happens or miscommunication occurs. I've gone here for years to get my eyebrows waxed. I had originally done threading but it felt like I was being tortured for information that i didn't have (this isn't their doing, its the same pain with anywhere that does threading.)I get them waxed now which is WAY less painful, the woman who does them is very friendly, knows what shes doing and makes it feel much more comfortable given my prior experience in other places that make it a painful or uncomfortable experience.Prices are reasonable (especially in Richmond) and they have done decent discounts in the past that I hope return. recommend highly. i intend to continue coming back here
I don’t get my haircut regularly as it’s been ruined several times from hairdressers. I read reviews about Top1 and took a chance especially as first cut was half price! Stephen listened to what I wanted. I explained about the cut and wanting a low maintenance style. Also as I have curly wavy hair so something suitable to accentuate the curls or if I straightened it. He blow dried it which looked great but I didn’t want to leave a review until i saw how the cut was once I washed it and saw how it looked curly. All I can say is I’ve found a hairdresser finally I’ll be going back to. 🙂 Thank you Stephen for the fabulous cut. Overall the staff are friendly and lovely. Gianina did an excellent job with my root touch up and adding a few highlights around my face to break up some darker patches I had (from dying my roots myself over time).Zakir was very artistic in his approach but also very practical. He gave me a beautiful cut that allows me to just wash and go); being a mom of three, I wanted something low-maintenance.I'm very happy with the results and would recommend both stylists! I had haircut and highlights at the saloon. Ganina did an amazing job with the colour and I love it. For my haircut, I went for a sleek straight bob which is a very difficult cut to do but Toni did an amazing job. He is very experienced stylist with great technique. Everyone is very attentive and spends time and energy making sure the client is satisfied with the result. Thank you to the team. Highly recommend :)

Absolutely love my new makeover!! I received the most fantastic hair colour, cut and style. Irina did my hair colour I must say she is very patient and explains each step of the process, Zak did my hair cut as to how I wanted it and I'm really happy with the outcome. I'd recently had a haircut at another salon that was extremely uneven. On top of that, I hadn't had my color done in about 9 months. Irina did a beautiful job getting the exact color I was looking for, and Steve did a great job correcting the cut. I'm so appreciative of the excellent service, and will definitely be back.

I had an appointment early with Vanessa (wash/cut and dry my hair). Such an amazing experience she knows whats she does and you can feel it. Plus she was super extra giving to me some tips for skin/hair which I am gonna follow for sure! Once I ended up doing nails & face (they are super professionals and everything is super tidy).10 to 10 with all! I am gonna come back when I need it.

I was passing by today and got into Top1One Hair and Beauty salon. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful and the staff was welcoming. I had my highlights done by Gianina who did a great job covering my older un-uniform highlights very meticulously. Then I got a professional hair cut by Tony who made my fine hair look thick and healthy. I loved the natural blow dry technique that he used. Made my hair shiny and gorgeous. Happy to have passed by and will be returning soon.
The stylist was super professional and patient; all staffs are super friendly. Moreover, the salon is kept tidy and clean all time. Highly recommended!

I really loved the service provided by Top1One. I have thin curly hair that can be tricky to cut but Zak did an amazing precise job making my hair look amazing. Also, I coloured my hair (semi-permenant), and i was provided with a consultation and was recommended the colour that really matched my hair. Thanks to everyone at Top1One!
I got my hair done at Top1One for my wedding (along with my all my bridesmaids) and they did an absolutely superb job! Everyone was super friendly, very attentive to what I wanted, and even managed to work around difficult wedding headgear. Ever since then, I have been getting my hair cut at Top1One and they've been so good with my hair that now even my husband goes :) Can't recommend them enough!
Last time I got a haircut by Steve. He did a fantastic job. I was really pleased. This time the older hairdresser was very inpatient. He refused to continue the work when I asked if he could kindly trim the two sides slightly thiner. He was very rugh when he was drying my hair. Then, I was left on my seat with cutoff hair covering my face.

Made an appointment at such a short notice, but we felt so welcomed and the service was perfect. My senior stylist Tony sat me down for consultation and recommended layered bob. Honestly couldn't be any more happy with final result. My hair feel super light, bouncy and most importantly brand new. Would recommend this salon to everyone, you wouldn't be disappointed!!! Try it.

Toni did my hair cut. It was amazing.The result was fantastic. He spent lots of time on my hair and was cleary passionate about what he was doing. He knew what i wanted better than myself and gave me good tips about how to look after my fizzy hair.
