Cayom’s journey took him from successful businessman to accomplished Senior Stylist Director. When he committed to hairdressing full time, he trained at the Vidal Sassoon Academy and went on to develop his signature TopOne Philosophy: a personalised, holistic approach built on the belief that every client has their own natural beauty.

He looks at face shape, hair density, personality and style preferences to create a tailored cut for each client, and his technique lets him add body to fine hair and manage thick hair without sacrificing length or shape.

Cayom is the driving force behind the TopOne Collections, which he creates, directs and produces with the team. He also leads all staff training in the salon, so every stylist understands head shape, hair texture and density the way he does. With years of experience, he still believes in continuous learning and innovation.

Fazila’s passion for beauty began during her NVQ Level 2 training. She advanced through NVQ Level 3 and later earned NVQ Level 4, moving from skilled beautician to laser hair removal specialist through sheer dedication.

Since the first TopOne salon opened, Fazila has also been the salon manager, making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly while keeping quality and client care at the centre of everything.

Motivated by self-improvement, she pursued further education in laser hair removal. That expertise lets her advise clients on moving from waxing to laser, with long-term hair reduction and real savings over time. Her path shows what hard work, determination and continuous learning can achieve.

Zakir began his hairdressing journey at 17 as an assistant at Toni & Guy, then moved to Trevor Sorbie. Craving deeper growth, he joined TopOne, where his skills flourished under the guidance of Creative Director Cayom, his father.

Over the years he built his own loyal clientele and consistently delivered exceptional service, which earned him promotion to senior colourist and senior stylist, and then to Stylist Director.

Dedicated to constant growth, Zakir is currently on an advanced training programme at Wella to hone his colouring expertise, and is well on his way to the title of Master Colourist.

Neetu joined TopOne in 2014 and has become one of the salon’s most requested therapists. Clients come back to her for threading, waxing, tinting and laser because the results are consistent and the experience is calm and unhurried.

She specialises in laser hair removal using the Soprano ICE Platinum system. Its triple-wavelength technology targets multiple layers of the hair follicle in a single pass, which makes treatments virtually painless, suitable for all skin types and effective over a course of sessions.

Whether it is a quick brow tidy or a full-body laser plan, Neetu takes the time to explain what to expect, so every client leaves feeling confident about their results.

Imad came to TopOne in 2023 while studying at Alan d Hairdressing Education in London. Combining college training with hands-on salon work has given him a strong foundation in hairstyling.

In his first year he developed skills in blow-drying, cutting, root touch-ups and colouring, including full and half heads of highlights, working alongside Cayom on cuts and Zakir on colour.

He is the newest member of the team and the one to book if you want a great value wash, cut and finish or a colour refresh with a stylist who is still being trained the TopOne way every week.
