Fazila’s journey into the beauty industry began during her NVQ Level 2 training, where her passion for beauty therapy first took root. Her dedication to perfecting her craft led her to achieve NVQ Level 3, broadening her skill set and expertise. Recognising the potential of laser treatments, Fazila pursued NVQ Level 4, positioning herself as a top-tier laser therapist with a deep understanding of advanced techniques.
As a Senior Beauty Therapist and Laser Technician at TopOne Hair Saloon, Fazila specialises in services such as eyebrow threading, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and full-body laser treatments. She is proficient in using the Soprano ICE Platinum laser system, which offers a virtually painless and effective hair
removal solution suitable for all skin types.

Zakir’s journey into the world of hairdressing began at just 17, driven by a lifelong passion for hair. Starting as an assistant at Toni & Guy, he quickly realised there was more to hairstyling than what he was exposed to in large corporate salons. Seeking greater growth and opportunity, Zakir joined TopOne Hair Saloon in Richmond, where his career flourished under the mentorship of Creative Director Cayom.
Through hands-on training and advanced courses, including Vidal Sassoon and numerous colour workshops at the Wella Academy, Zakir honed his skills and evolved into the role of a Stylist Director and Colour Specialist. By the time he completed his NVQ Level 2, he was already making waves in the industry. In 2021, Zakir showcased his exceptional cutting, colouring, and styling talents as part of TopOne’s celebrated collection.
Zakir believes in the power of continuous training and learning, ensuring he stays at the forefront of the latest techniques and trends. When consulting with clients, Zakir takes a thoughtful approach, investing time to understand their needs and vision. His bespoke cuts and colours are tailored to each individual, leaving clients looking and feeling their absolute best.

Neetu brings nearly a decade of expertise and dedication since joining in 2014. As a Senior Beauty Therapist and Laser Technician, Neetu has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional beauty services, cultivating a loyal clientele.
She is adept at using the cutting-edge Soprano ICE Platinum laser system, renowned for its virtually painless and highly effective hair removal system for all skin types. Combining three laser wavelengths, this advanced technology ensures superior results by targeting multiple layers of the hair follicle simultaneously.

Imad joined TopOne Hair Saloon in 2023 and, alongside his role at the salon, enrolled as an apprentice at Alan d Hairdressing Education in London. This dual commitment has allowed him to develop a strong foundation in hairstyling while gaining invaluable practical experience.
Over the past year, Imad has refined his skills in blow-drying, cutting, root touch-ups, full-head colouring, and highlights. Guided by Creative Director Cayom for precision cutting and Colour Specialist Zak for advanced colouring techniques, Imad is building the expertise needed to deliver exceptional results.
