A warm welcome on arrival by the beautician on reception, a fantastic haircut by the creative director and beautiful highlights, great blow dry and best head massage by stylist Parisa. I’ve got naturally curly hair that’s quite unruly, so it’s really easy for it to be cut the wrong way. After trying a few different places over the years, I’m so glad I found Cayom (Tony) at Top One Richmond. He takes his time, pays attention to every detail and really thinks about the overall style you’re trying to achieve instead of just giving you a standard haircut. He’s also great at suggesting little tweaks that make a big difference and you never feel like he’s rushing to get you out of the chair. I was lucky to walk in and get a haircut from the creative director Cayom. After a thorough consultation Cayom made sure we were on the same page regarding a haircut with a clear understanding of the style I wanted. The result was magic!
