Calom is amazing! You can really tell how much he cares about his work and his clients. I have curly hair, which can be difficult to get exactly how I like it, but he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the result. He really took his time and made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone at the salon was also so friendly and welcoming. I’m very glad I found this salon and will definitely be coming back!

Came here with my sis to get our hair done! Everyone is so nice, kind and welcoming. We were treated with such respect and generosity 🙂 couldn’t recommend this place enough! Me and my sis are both super satisfied with our new hair looks (we got permanent dye and haircuts) we’ve also received many compliments on it😆😆 I rarely go to the salon but this this will definitely be my go to one! Amazing cut from Cayom! He is very skilled and very attentive. He showed me step by step his suggestions for my particular hair, and really listened to my requests. He took his time with my cut and showed me what he was doing and why as he went along. I would highly recommend!

Honestly, I had such an amazing experience here! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so lovely and welcoming. I was offered tea and coffee and was looked after the whole time, which made the experience even better. My hairdresser was Zakir and I genuinely can’t recommend him enough. He gave me such a thorough consultation and actually took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. I’ve never really had a hairdresser spend that much time going through everything with me before, and it made such a difference because I ended up getting exactly what I had in mind. Zakir bleached my hair, gave me a beautiful balayage and cut, and I’m honestly so happy with how it turned out. My hair feels so good and I’ve already had so many compliments on it! He was so lovely throughout the whole appointment and you can really tell he cares about his work and his clients. The whole team were so sweet and the service was amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back to Zakir. I’m so happy with my hair and would 100% recommend him! 🤍

I used to always come here, and when I left Richmond always found it difficult to come back so the last time I visited was back in 2023. Been to other places for hair cuts but nothing beats this place!! When I visited on Friday it felt like I was visiting family- the service is and always has been phenomenal and very attentive and personalised. I can always just sit down in the chair and Cayoum just knows exactly what to do. Never have to say what needs doing. Even though I hadn’t seen him in 3 years he just knows what to do. Fadillah and Neetoo always do my eyebrows and each time go it just looks absolutely amazing- never take off too much and my eyebrows always look perfect!!

I had a great experience at the salon, including the consultation in which Zakir broke down every process that will take place on my hair and guided me step by step to avoid any stress or frustration. I was extremely nervous and scared as it was my first time changing my hair and being in a salon. The service was absolutely outstanding, couldn't have asked for anything more or better. I will definitely recommend this salon and will be going back. I absolutely love the way my hair came out and couldn't be more grateful for the service and the experience. Communication was very good too, along with customer care.
